We do not accept returns for bespoke garments as they are custom-made to your preference and body measurements.
If you believe your garment could be adjusted for a better fit, please check Alteration Allowances. We provide alteration reimbursement up to USD $50 depending upon the garment type.
If there are any issues with the quality or fabrication of your garments, please email [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. Within the email, please describe your concerns with the garments and attach relevant photos. Our customer service executive team will reach out within 24 hours to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Vanity Homme will only accept products that are in good and unworn condition. We reserve the right to deny the issuance of a refund to any order that is believed to have been previously worn or damaged. Vanity Homme will not accept products that have been altered or amended in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
